Mobidrag is a Shopify mobile app builder that enables merchants to convert their Shopify stores into native mobile applications.

2. Eligibility

You must have a valid Shopify account and the authority to bind your business to these Terms in order to use Mobidrag.

• Ensure compliance with Shopify policies and applicable laws
• Maintain the security of your Shopify account
• Use the service only for lawful business purposes

4. Data Usage

Mobidrag accesses and processes store and customer data only as necessary to provide the Services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Billing & Subscriptions

Some features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation terms are displayed within the app.

6. Intellectual Property

Mobidrag and all related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Mobidrag. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the service without permission.

7. Termination

You may stop using Mobidrag at any time by uninstalling the app from Shopify. We reserve the right to suspend access for violations of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Mobidrag is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
