Mobidrag respects your privacy and your right to control your data. This page explains how merchants can request deletion of their data.

How to Request Data Deletion

Merchants can request deletion of their data using one of the following methods:

• Uninstall the Mobidrag app from your Shopify admin panel. This automatically triggers data removal.
• Contact us via email at support@mobidrag.com with your Shopify store domain.

What Data Is Deleted

• Shopify store connection data
• Synced product and collection data
• Customer data processed on behalf of the merchant
• App configuration and settings

Data Retention Timeline

Upon receiving a deletion request or app uninstallation, Mobidrag deletes associated data within a reasonable timeframe, unless retention is required by law.
